How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, we'll promptly send you an email containing the tracking number and a link. Keep in mind that tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to reflect accurately. Rest assured, this delay doesn't indicate your order is stranded elsewhere; it simply means our shipping partners update the tracking details as your package makes its way, including within your city.
Can I use a discount code on a Subscribe & Save order?
Certain discounts can not be applied to subscription orders. With Subscribe and Save your order is already discounted based on your subscription level. You may contact customer service if you have any questions around your coupon applying to Subscribe and Save orders.
What is your return policy?
We proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. While we always aim to assist, not every order qualifies for return. Please note that items returned without prior contact with our Customer Service Team or "Returned to Sender" packages may not be properly processed for a refund.
